Who we are

Celadon Tiles is made by Nubeo Studio. You can reach us at [email protected]. This policy covers the Celadon Tiles app on iPhone and iPad.

What the game keeps

Your levels, trophies, streak, tools and settings are saved on your device, and backed up to your own iCloud if iCloud is on. Nubeo Studio cannot see them. There is no account and no sign-up, and we do not collect your name, email or location.

How the game is doing

We use Firebase Analytics, from Google, to count how people play: for example which levels are played, how long they take, which tools and settings are used, and which purchases are made. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive a report when the app crashes, so we can fix it. Neither is linked to your name or used to track you across other companies' apps. We also use Firebase Remote Config to adjust how often ads appear without an update.

Advertising

Celadon Tiles shows ads from Google AdMob after some completed levels, never during play, and optional videos you can choose to watch for an extra tool or a doubled reward. AdMob may use the advertising identifier of your device to show ads that suit you, but only if you allow tracking when your device asks. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choices before any ad is requested. If you buy Remove Ads, no ads are shown and the advertising SDK is not started.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your levels cleared, your longest streak, your daily board times and your achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center name. Apple's privacy policy covers that service.

Purchases

Purchases go through Apple. We never see your payment details. Remove Ads is recorded by Apple and can be restored on any of your devices.

Children

Celadon Tiles is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
