Common questions

• How do I move? Drag anywhere on the screen. A joystick appears under your thumb. Abilities fire on their own, so there is nothing to aim.
• How do I evolve an ability? Take it to level six, hold its partner passive, then open a treasure chest. The Codex lists every pairing you have seen.
• How do I unlock the next dive? Defeat the boss at twelve minutes. Pearls you bring back buy permanent upgrades in the Workshop.
• My progress disappeared. Progress is saved on the device only, so deleting the app deletes it. There is no account to sign in to.
• The sound is silent. Check Music and Effects in Settings. The game plays even when the ring switch is set to silent, so the sliders are the mute control.

Privacy

The short version: Lantern Deep collects nothing at all. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and it never connects to the internet. The full privacy policy has the detail, and the same text is in the game under Settings.
