Common questions

• How do I add the widgets? Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget and choose Tiny Moon. The Quick log widget starts a feed, logs a diaper or starts sleep without opening the app.
• Where is the feeding timer when I lock my phone? It runs as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with buttons to switch sides, pause or finish. If you don't see it, check Settings > Tiny Moon > Live Activities.
• Why didn't a reminder arrive? Reminders need notifications turned on in Settings > Tiny Moon > Notifications. Feeding and nap reminders are counted from what you last logged, so they move whenever you log a feed or a nap.
• Can both parents use it? Tiny Moon keeps records on one device for now. Tiny Moon Plus is Family Shareable, so the other parent can unlock it on their own devices without paying again.
• I bought Tiny Moon Plus on another device. Open More > Tiny Moon Plus and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account.
• Is this medical advice? No. Tiny Moon follows guidance from the AAP, WHO and CDC to help you notice when something needs attention, but it is not a diagnosis. If you are worried about your child, call your doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Privacy

The short version: everything you log about your child stays on your device and is never sent to us. There are no ads and no analytics. If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report is sent so we can fix it. The full privacy policy has the detail, and the same text is in the app under More.
