Privacy policy

The short version

Linkloom needs no account, and we collect no personal data: no name, no email, nothing you type. Your levels, coins, Daily streak and settings stay on your iPhone or iPad. We do not sell data, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app never shows the tracking prompt.

Analytics and crash reports

We use Google's Firebase Analytics to count how Linkloom is played: for example which levels are started and finished, how many moves they take, whether hints are used, and which screens are opened. Firebase Crashlytics sends us crash reports and diagnostics (the device model, system version, app version and the steps before a crash) so we can fix problems. These carry a random app instance identifier, never your name or anything you type, and are not linked to you. Debug, test and TestFlight copies of the app send no analytics at all, so the numbers we read come only from the App Store version.

Advertising

Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads). A banner may appear on the Home screen and on the result card after a level, and now and then a full-screen ad may appear when you tap Next after a won level. No ad ever appears while you play a level, in your first session, or in the first ten levels. After a lost level you may choose to watch a short video for extra moves; that is always your choice.

Every ad request is non-personalised: Linkloom does not ask to track you and does not use the advertising identifier for tracking. To serve, limit, measure and protect ads, Google may still process information such as the device type, an approximate location from the network address, ad interactions and diagnostic data. Google's own policy is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Consent

Where the law asks for it (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), Google's consent form (the User Messaging Platform) appears on the Home screen before any ad is requested. You can change your choice later in Settings under Privacy Choices, which appears wherever the form applies. If you decline, Linkloom keeps working.

In-house promotion

When no ad is available for a banner space, a small card for another Nubeo Studio app may show there instead. Tapping it opens that app's App Store page inside Linkloom, tagged with a campaign name so App Store Connect can count the visit. Nothing about you is sent to us.

Purchases

Purchases (Remove Ads and coin packs) are made through Apple's App Store with StoreKit. We never see your name or payment details; the app learns only which product was bought, to switch ads off or add coins. Apple's privacy policy covers the payment.

Game Center

Leaderboards (levels cleared, best Daily streak) and achievements use Apple's Game Center and are optional. If you are already signed in to Game Center on your device, your scores are sent to it; signing in from inside Linkloom happens only after you tap the Game Center row in Settings. Your Game Center nickname and scores are shared with other players through Apple.

Data on your device

Your progress and settings are saved on your device only. We have no server and cannot see them.

Deleting your data

Deleting Linkloom removes everything it saved on your device. Analytics and crash data are kept by Google for a limited time and are not linked to you; to ask us to delete what is linked to your app instance, write to the address below with the date you played and your device model, and we will ask Google to remove it. You can also reset the advertising data on your device in the system Settings.

Children

Linkloom is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13. We collect no personal information knowingly from anyone, children included. Ads are rated for general audiences (G) and are never personalised.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be here with a new date at the top.
